I updated Season 11 with my entry info however it says the team page doesn't exist yet it does. Could someone possibly fix that for me or let me know what I did wrong? Thanks

The shorthand link for your team is {{Howler}} , this includes the flag

The full link is [[Howler Racing]] which doesn't include the flag

The team page is here: http://reallyrubbishracing.co.uk/index. ... ler_Racing

It's the same as how the shorthand for your name is {{Wolf}} but the full link is [[MasterOntWolf]], just keeps it shorter and easier so we don't have to type so much. Less typing is less data.

With the season starting in less than a fortnight now, are we making a decision on a support series soon?

Calendar looks great by the way!

A couple of things to note:

- There will be no support series (by popular vote)
- The Positano round will be run on the reverse circuit (uphill left-hander is the first corner)
- Unless at least 2 more rookies join, there will be no rookie championship
- Races will be around 23 minutes long

Awwwww come on you mean if I'm the only rookie I get nothing...lol Sum Bitch. Well maybe I'll manage to get that gentleman's award someone was talking about.

So I thought I would get things started with a time post. Running 2:09-2:08 laps on mugello

I based the number of laps for each race on average lap times over the course of 5 laps. They were:

Mugello: 2:03
Positano: 1:03
Iberian Full Reverse: 0:55
Iberian Short: 0:44
Maple Valley: 1:38
Road Atlanta: 1:30
Laguna Seca: 1:35
Sonoma Full: 1:42
Suzuka: 2:16
Tsukuba: 1:01
Nurburgring GP: 2:10
Bernese Alps: 1:23
Silverstone National: 1:30
Top Gear Full: 1:15

WOW, thanks ajokay (I think...lol) Shows me how far off the pace I currently am, guess I have to tweek my tune a little more to shave atleast 5 sec off my times.

While a good tune will certainly help, the majority of a good laptime is in the hands of the driver.

I recommend you do some practice races with other drivers and save the replays. When you look at them, turn on the telemetry (switch to the same car view you use) and you'll see where people brake and turn for corners etc.

these are by no means perfect times either. They're all with a stock tune and my average driving. That accounts for the bumping and grinding that a race brings, so should average out at 23 mins.

thanks pj I am actually doing that, I haven't done much tuning as of yet and my best was a 2:07 so hopefully just some minor tweaking and I may actually be a force to contend with come race day. LOL man won't that be a switch...LOL

Ok I think need some serious driving lessons.

So once again ajokay thanks for posting those times for each track. You did say this was with the exige car no tune or anything. I am running Laguna Seca right now with my car. First thing I did was make sure it was full default tune and proceeded to run 5 laps. The time you posted for Laguna was a 1:35. I have tried every thing and I can not get around that track any faster then a 1:38 and thats a clean lap pushing hard. Has anyone else attempted this yet? I can't see how I am 3 to 4 seconds off the pace my driving cannot be that bad. btw I did get down to a 1:36 fastest lap but that was with tuning. If anyone can help or maybe even if you can run that time save a replay and send to me so I can see where I am loosing those 3 - 4 secs.

Daft question maybe, but have you definitely got the upgrades (listed here) on the car? It should be A574 with them all on.

Running without them would definitely account for a good few seconds a lap.

Aside from that, there's plenty of people here that can offer racing and tuning advice if you ever need it, just ask :)
